Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 7 days Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (excluding public holidays).

Due to the specified nature of the product our shipping policy is aligned to our freight services with specialised carriers through strategically located distribution centres. Freight forwarders we use include:

Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using selected carrier methods will not have consignment tracking numbers. We shall advise of the status of order via e-mail.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and the depot you choose to have the delivery made to. $100 Melbourne Metro Delivery or FREE pick up at your nearest store. Australia wide delivery can be organised with our staff after your online purchase. Delivery charges will apply.

Back Orders
If an item is not available within the 7 day shipping period it will be placed on back order. We will ship only the complete consignment once your order is available for completion.
Melbourne Metro Delivery
Door to Door Included within sale price.

Please contact our stores to confirm if your suburb is included in our free metro delivery.
Victoria Regional Delivery
- Warehouse to Depot Included within sale price.
- Complete consignment to be delivered to the customer nominated depot location.
- Customer to arrange collection from the depot.
- Charges may apply for consignment being held at depot beyond nominated date.
Locations outside Melbourne Metro Map region and or
Victoria Depot Locations will incur a delivery fee of $150.
Customers MUST re-confirm delivery date & address 14 days prior. Goods will not be dispatched to the depot unless paid in full. Supporting documentation to be presented upon collecting goods.
